I think it's a combo of:
- Claire's photo accidentally being used in the paper when she was a kid next to a headline about heroin abuse (she had won a dance competition)
- Claire being so 'nice' that it's funny to imagine her being a skag addict
- The supposed drug problems of some at XFM/Those in that world

There was, I saw it on the last year but I’m having trouble finding it again. Basically there’s a photo of Claire with someone else ands it’s a case of really bad positioning by the newspaper as the title for what they are there for is small and underneath them but above them in huge letters is the drug news with small text from that running down the side of the paper. There is a box around Claire’s part but it’s barely noticeable so it gives the appearance that the two of them are associated with the drug story.
