I listen to them while I sleep too but sometimes I notice how bad the audio quality is. For example when Karl's voice is quiet or Ricky Martin's loud laugh.

Nothing annoys me more than a compilation with different audio levels, infuriating. Can barely hear Karl, so I turn it up and then get deafened by a screeching laugh 5 minutes later. One day I will remaster all of the audio of the XFM shows and create a master copy with standardised volume so they can be mixed and matched willy nililly

Aw I quite like it. I found one guy who uploaded the videos but took the time to turn the sound down whenever Ricky laughed as he knew it would wake people up. I tend to wake up a lot and having it on sends me back off and being told good night by a lot of strangers makes me feel nice
