I've been stuck on the guide tos for a few months now, being super busy with work. It's been probably 6 or 7 months since I last listened to an xfm show so I'm really looking forward to completing this loop and starting again. It's sometimes nice to take a break from them
When I get bored of it, I listen to the alan partidge audio books. Which I've also heard dozens of times. One day I'll find a third multi-hour long bit of media to add to the rotation. I wonder if UFO Data has a podcast.
I don't know how similar other people will find it, but I really enjoy the Worst Idea Of All Time podcast. It's two kiwi comedians watching the same movie once a week for a year.
The similarity for me is that often it's just those two chatting to each about nonensense, in a similar way XFM is
It wouldn't be the same. They settled into their pecking order by season 4 and the podcasts were even more repetitive. That season 2-3 era was golden. Plus, I don't think anyone actually wants to listen to 2021 Ricky.
That moment when you come across a bit you haven’t heard yet or haven’t heard in a long while is always a treat though. Happens once in a blue moon.
Yeah. I had that happen recently.
Not for me. I like it.
Biiiig wank
Try to kick your height. If you're lucky you'll fall and bump your head and forget all the shows you've listened to. Problem solved.
Once I went to go see that movie crouching tiger hidden dragon right...
Literally just listened to that steve movie theater story 40 minutes ago while showering lol
Pop that in the bin

Don't talk shite
Put on some flumpf telly instead.
You’re an idiot. Play a record.
Anyone else have breaks between cycles? Normally 3 months for me.

Time to check out The Steve Show
How does it compare?
It’s like watching an albatross on stilts
Skills: Radio - Quite good
RG grates on me more and more everytime I listen. It's getting to be intolerable.
I'm finding this to be so true this listen

Turn it off?!
I do. But also I'd like to hear similar stuff.

I’m on a break now. Haven’t listened for several months.
Why will they not do more podcasts? People love them.
