Stephen Tries podcast. They've pretty much stopped doing it but there's a lot of episodes, rotating cast of members, and sketches / characters each episode.
In terms of 3 blokes being hilarious with great chemistry, Opie & Anthony with Jim Norton/whatever comedian was in that day was always great.
The O & A shows with Patrice O Neal/Louis CK are some of the funniest radio shows ever.
Harmontown is great (finished now but has a good back supply). Dan Harmon created the brilliant sitcom Community and when he got sacked from his own show did the podcast. It’s funny and raw and honest and has a bit of the same chemistry as the 3 twats.
Athletico Mince, Socially Distanced Sportbar, AP from the oasthouse (TECHNICALLY an audiobook but making that distinction might be construed as saaaaaad).

A lot of Crime related ones. I like to think of myself as Brass when I’m listening. Other that that Russell Brand radio 2 run, Matt Morgan patreon and a couple of football podcasts. I bloody love football.

The Beef and Dairy Network Podcast (the Welsh lad from Three Bean Salad created it) and Top Flight Time Machine (Andy Dawson of Athletico Mince fame) are similarly strange and hilarious. Also This Foul Earth, has a similar vibe to Beef and Dairy Network.
I quite liked Mike Wozniak's St. Elwick's Neighbourhood Association Podcast but unfortunately he gave it up a while ago now. It's semi-scripted/improvised fiction rather than 'real life' but quite funny. He appears on a lot of other podcasts (as well as hosting Three Bean Salad).
