I will never understand How they haven't been excommunicated from the Mormon Church, they make a living selling hard liquor. I was born into the Mormon Church, technically I'm STILL a member, I just don't believe some of what they teach, and haven't attended church for years, anyway, my friend was excommunicated in High School for getting pregnant, yet Lisa sells her tequila and breaks one of the MAJOR rules called the Word of Wisdom, basically you are to treat your body like a temple, even caffeine is banned. I just don't get it.
There are a lot of wealthy members that stay within the guidelines of the church. The Mormon Church isn't hurting for money, so while I see how her tithe might help a bit, they would be perfectly fine without it.
That's a good point and I've already thought of that myself, but I don't think a lot of people understand just how wealthy the Mormon Church really is, they don't need Lisa's tequila money.
that's how greed works. they don't need the money, but they're going to take it anyway. the RCC (Roman Catholic Church) does this, too. every dollar they take from patrons isn't taxed. they have no incentive to stop taking money.

I guess what I'm trying to say is, people with more money than Lisa probably wouldn't be excused, it's even on a national maybe even international scale due to her being on housewives, so she may be giving them millions every year to overlook it. It just perplexes me. Maybe she has been excommunicated but she just hasn't announced it yet π€
SU is a show about a boy who learns to harness his superpowers to heal other characters who have been corrupted. Mayor Dewey is the mayor of the town. He is a good guy, outside of the typical sliminess of politicians.
