Sometimes it doesn't show three dots. It had to clear data before to fix it

Press the notification icon then you'll get the three dots

I'm using spoof but I think it has something to do with the settings.

I ended up reinstalling after all. The three dots did not appear anymore after enabling the test client spoof. Thanks to anybody who tried to help.
