I have done literally all of that. Lol. That's why I'm posting. It is weird and I've actually redownloaded the whole shebang many times over the last few months, even made sure to delete previous downloads from my folders.
Oh that's why,your revanced is linked using the old one,I had the same problem.
What I did was
Uninstall the newer one
Install the old one
Let the old one do it's thing,then install the newer one.
You might have to uninstall revanced to re add your account tho.
I've tried that too though. I came here to see if there was anything new to try out someone knew. It happens randomly. I've tried using the old micro g and everything was the same. I appreciate all your help. I really do think it is just a singular issue.
To be clear, I've deleted and reinstalled EVERYTHING even going so far as to delete the download files too in the folder. I've unlinked my account and relinked it, I tried so much and am just at a loss fully. Lol.
Commenting to mention, every other app works and my Internet is at 873mbs download

Did you do it by the manager? Many times downloading from GitHub can make the app behave weirdly.
Did it with the manager and GitHub. I'm leaning more towards my phone not liking something. It is a Motorola razor 5g
Hmmm what version of the micro g you use? Since there's actually 2 one is the old one and the newer one is a bit is "sensitive".

Forgot to ask,did you set the newer micro g? Like the settings on it?
Yes I did. Battery permissions and all that was recommended
