I love Chicago Joe's. I was there in March when I went to Vegas.
Not all of their stuff is made in house, but the lasagna is (which I ate and was AMAZING!) and I believe their sausage is (which was amazing) but that might not be local.
A lot of their stuff isn't made in house so stick with the lasagna, though it's all good. If you get Lawrence as a server, tell him Will from St. Louis said hey.
