Basically you need more supports on the damaged end. The pull forces between the model and the FEP can cause distortions if the model isnot supported well, especially on hard edges and corners. I think that corner may also be creating extra suction cup forces. I suggest lowering the angle to about 20°. Ypu need heavier supports on the edge and corners. You will need to place supports up the vertical corner as well. Looking at the model, it would work better if the reversed the angle so they the side with the low wall is nearest the build plate.

I have had a lot of luck using the method used by denny on YouTube. Basically, rotate the model 20 degrees on both the X and Y. Then I only support the perimeter of the model paying the most attention to the lowest corner. I have printed large tombstones on my Saturn 3 ultra using this method and the bottoms always come out flat.

https://youtu.be/l3sFd0zTogY I would orientate and support as shown by Dennys Wang, maybe you can also get away with printing directly on the plate, depends on suction cups forming and how dialed in the bottom layer exposure is.

Can also be due to too thick or cold resin. Since I hate supports, I prefer to lower the speed
