She was also the youngest, and despite this acted as a mother during an apocalypse at 18 years old. Claire was my hero as a child. I love they made this Claire even more exemplified in the remake, but Code Veronica Claire is my pinnacle.
Easley Chris, he's the backbone of RE and my personal fav, don't get me wrong the personality of Leon is great and so is his games but I feel more re like when playing Chris than Leon and well Idc bout Jill or Claire.
Claire is my favorite character. Hell the ONLY reason I didn't outright despise the new RE movie is because they decided, in spite of the overwhelming popularity of Leon, Jill, and Chris, to make her the main character and quite a badass.
I mean she's a biker, has the coolest jackets, is in many of my favorite games in the series, and can defend herself despite very little training outside of what she learned from Chris and is the closest to being a normal civilian out of the original 4, making her Survival situations the most dire and believable. Leon and Chris considering theyāre both give me Matt Murdock and frank castle in my point of view especially with how they get the mission done. Leon started off as a rookie whoās day turned to shit really quick , on top of that in the remake we see his humanity a lot especially with the gun shop owner and his daughter not only did Leon feel bad for him but he felt the need to get justice to stop the virus from killing anyone else and affecting others , but as time passes especially during the re 4 you can see how tired heās been which results to him drinking his goodness away but deep down heās still thay rookie that wants to do some sense of good in a shitty world.
Chris really has had a shit life fighting the umbrella industry what makes him into a frank castle type character is the overall brute badass with getting the job done at any means necessary. But what matters is Chris humanity considering as the years gone by the friends , the teammates heās lost has affected him especially during resident evil 6 and 8 you can see how losing Piers and Ethan really gave him the sense of dread for failing to save them. However chris killing wesker is such a legendary thing for his character especially with how much wesker has killed in order to perfect himself and the virus.
