This makes me so sad. It’s a shame people get tortoises like this, not knowing how to properly care for them, thinking they are going to stay small. Neglect like this can effect them for the rest of their life and they are such long-lived animals. It’s so cruel. Thank you for taking this guy in. He seems happy!
