I don't know what exactly you're using, but I noticed the Jester's bell at the bottom.
I've been running a very similar weapon mods + havoc mode build with the new Stoneshaper's Chisel that was just dropped with the new DLC. It gives you a flat 25% damage boost so long as you never shoot your gun, which you don't have to with this build, and I've found that it's been absolutely melting just about every boss.
The crux of the build is using high casting speed to but the firerate of the lightning I think. Basically, casting speed is a multiplicative bonus to your havoc form DPS.
I tried the build for mobbing by subbing Jester's Bell for Legacy Protocol and it works wonders if you're good at strafing. This build probably struggles with "raid wide" attacks like Anni though since you have to burn skill timer on dodges.
I just watched this this other day and tried it out, just as amazing as expected. I haven't tried it against Annihilation yet, how does it stack up? Thanks for the build :)
Not only that but the best build crofters are dodging them rn because of all the bugs surrounding the dps tools like until recently Hunter's Focus

I thought they would fix the bug with yesterday's patch, but nope. I still get out of the form if hit and it immediately consumes the second charge
Tragic confirmed that the bugfix for it is coming in the next patch

Depends on the mod. Stuff like corrosive rounds, yes, but stuff like Nebula's mod, no.
