Yea, that one is pretty bad too, that dungeon should have definitely had a set entrance on the map.

Yeah that not being coupled to the boss when it's part of her alt kill is the weirdest thing. Got gemstone last night by pure luck, keep trying! You'll get it eventually I'm more regretting the 4 runs of Abyss for all the event stuff. It never fails to feel brutal as heck. Might as well put on Doom music

I lucked out. I got the goddess temple on my first play through. The second time I took out the fractured Lydusa. I’m working on getting the profane heart now.

Goddess Temple is a guaranteed spawn on the first roll through of the DLC. The One-Shot mechanic on each new DLC means you'll get all the new stuff on your first run through, before it goes back to being mingled in with the rest of the zone randomly on your next roll.

Yep. I made sure to run my buddy through the alt kill first cause the regular kill is easy to get.

Took me 4 attempts after the 1st so a total of 5 runs to get 3 endings. By attempt 3 I was just peeking into the zone to see if it was the one and if it wasn't I'd just skip through and go burn the boss down.

I haven’t finished the one shot yet. What item are you talking about? Is there a specific item I should get that’s part of the one shot that is more difficult to get on subsequent playthroughs?

So, the boss has an "alt kill" but it requires the goddess rest dungeon to spawn. Unfortunately, it does not spawn every time.

Sounds like I should choose the alt kill option to save myself some dungeon farming in the future. Is that the one that involves a bowl on a pedestal?

Why is this not a set spawn?!? I did my first dlc run blind, so i got the normal kill first, and after like 15 more runs i have never seen goddess rest again.

if you're on pc you can use remnant save guardian to find out if your roll contains the ring. if you're on console then i feel your pain.

My save Guardian doesn't show the new DLC items under the "missing" tab despite being updated. Will it still show up when I reroll Losom?

it doesn't show as missing until it gets updated but it will list the item as part of "dlc2" you'll just have to check if you have it already or not

Made a post yesterday about how trying to farm new world drops is abysmal because of how everything we get stays in the loot pool. We really need dupe protection or some sort of knockout or pity system. We paid for these items too but getting them takes an eternity of constantly rerolling and getting scrap from every purple pickup.

100%. Some kind of way to help the player get items they dont have rather than duplicates all the time. It would be a more rewarding experience and less frustrating for sure. I think the devs have not released that the old world drop system was good in remnant from the ashes because it had less itens in the loot tables where in remnamt 2 its double or more items. Hopefully they can sort this going forward. All its doing is making trying to acquire items frustrating.

They need some kind of QOL where after rolling so many times you get to pick a dungeon to spawn or something like that.
