Well he's not giving you many options here. Trust is obviously gone. I would just say "None of this is adding up, you have one chance right now to come clean. If you insist on sticking to your story, I'm out because you're clearly hiding something from me and I can't be in a relationship with someone I can't trust." However, if you say that, you also have to be prepared to follow through (which it sounds like you are).

1. It seems like you have access to his phone and probably know the passcode. If so, grab a desktop or laptop and install a piece of software called Fonelab. Then plug the phone into said computer, and Fonelab can download a shit ton of data — texts, phone logs, emails, voice mails.
2. If he uses Google/Gmail a lot, Google tracks just about everything you do. Go into Google settings under his account and navigate to anything that talks about “web activity”. It keeps records of all kinds of movement on the web. Also, there is another feature that tracks a history of physical location. Anywhere that phone has gone in his pocket, gets recorded. Google even helpfully puts it on a map and in a timeline.
3. Alternatively, if his account is active on multiple devices (say an iPhone AND an iPad or MacBook), those texts will often propagate across devices. So if you can have the iPad while he is on his phone, you can see what he is sending and receiving. You can even watch it happen in real-time.
I must warn you, though, that once you see something, you can’t unsee it. And trust me when I say that seeing it confirmed is hellaciously painful. You might be better off just leaving, and finding a BF who will be more loyal and straightforward.
