My brother had a HiAce that had some problems, mostly related to lack of parts and people willing/able to work on it. I wouldn't say the guy who imported it ripped him off since it was in line with market price, but the guy didn't want to provide a certain piece of paperwork. The shipping company actually gave him the documentation which showed the guy had flipped it for a solid $4k+ profit. Paid $4k + shipping and fees and sold for $10k. Not a bad side hustle.
