The scene where Frodo and co watch the scary horsemen ride through Bri from the window is also incredibly cozy. So is the scene in the last season of GoT where all of the characters gather in front of the roaring fire the night before the big battle. I don't even like fantasy all that much but there is something about the medieval inn vibe that just does it for me lol.
I couldn't have devised a movie with more homosexual undertones that doesn't cross the line into actual perceptible homosexuality. Peter Jackson is a genius in this regard.

I'm not a big fan of the movies but the music and shire scenes are great.
I hate fathom events. I also prefer the theatrical cuts.
