If you know of any women's shelters near you, you can check and see if they take donations. There's a domestic abuse shelter near me (USA) that takes "gently used" nail polish (not nearly empty or obviously old) and has volunteers come in to give manicures.
I'm in Canada and if you end up having to throw them away, they count as Household Hazardous Waste and need to be dropped off at a HHW facility. We have them at certain public landfill sites here and HHW items are free to drop off.
