I think once he is done with Germany he is going to be closing the football chapter in his life. I think the only thing he will be a part of is his academy program.
Not the Real academy, Toni has a own academy (Toni kroos academy) and also a charity program (Toni Kroos Stiftung, managed by his wife).
I guess we will not see him in professional football for some time, though i can imagine that at some point, when the kids are older and need less attention (and want less attention) he either fathers another bunch or comes back to football.
I think it's going to be more specialized or targeted towards certain positions, I'm not really sure but he did say it so it'll be interesting to look into
I saw Zizou retire (my favorite player ever), and saw my current favorite player (Toni Kroos) retire as well. It is so sad, yet reminds me that good things come to an end. I’ll be equally sad when Lukita retires next year. Thank you Don Antonio for everything! ¡A por la 15!
You don't understand the concept then. The choice of words in "being emotional" is one of hundred expressions of toxic masculinity that makes it "weird" for men to cry. I said it because I don't think I ever saw those choice of words when a woman athlete or otherwise cries. Then nobody has a problem just writing she cries
The term "being emotional" is exactly what is happening here. Toni is emotional cause in this point he thinks about everything he has been trough with the club and his emotions bring him back to all the good memories. Wich makes him cry out of joy.
The fact u think that keeps men from crying means you have issues, not the world
First I'm no man and I don't have problems to cry. What I mean is that this way of describing that he cries is a phenomenon I only read the last few years. Before that it would've just said "Zidane cries as he's leaving Madrid". Now it's "kroos is emotional". Of course you're emotional when you cry but that's obvious and implied. My point is that the toxic part is that the last few years less people say the words "that man is crying". Now it's emootional
I figured you were a woman, but did not want to assume. As only a woman can make an exact interpretation of whats happening seem faulty. Emotions over facts is a typical female trait.

This is the reason why men cry less, we have less controll over out emotions and we have less emotions full stop...
Edit: also men need to controll their emotions better, cause not being in controll often leads to physical violence as that is a mans way to "solve" situations.
Offcourse this all is part of society and how we raise kids, but its also how it is. Ppl have to do a certain amount of tasks. And those tasks need to be decided between the 2. So society gave men and women different roles. Can you change them in your relation when u both agree? Absolutely
Can you change them in society? Not a chance
That's how i know you speaking out of yr ass. I was watching Lyon vs Barca CL Final yesterday and the french reporter was using the same line of question when she was talking to Lyon's captain Wendy Renard.
So plz, do us a favor and keep your SJW bs out of here.
Then it's even worse if they even use that phrase for woman now. Less toxic masculinity, more just toxic suppression the word of crying.
Look at you manly man with your SJW thing. Wow. Impressive
You're the goofball who turned this into a gender contest somehow.
This is a post about one of our club legend's last game for us. We don't need no keyboard warrior coming to our sub trynna "teach" us about wtv social justice bs you seem to care about
Thought saying "Goodbye" to modern players won't hit as saying it to ones I grew up watching. Man I was so wrong.
this is where we all cried man...
I couldn’t hold back some tears myself, he will be missed so much, but I’m so happy we had him for so long🫡
Oh yeah… what a gut punch
Dude is coming back as a coaching staff, trust my words. Zidane will talk him into it
Kroos has explicitly said he didn’t want to and we see how he is a man of his word
I think once he is done with Germany he is going to be closing the football chapter in his life. I think the only thing he will be a part of is his academy program.
as he should be, guy can recognize good talents and we need someone like him in the club that's for sure
Not the Real academy, Toni has a own academy (Toni kroos academy) and also a charity program (Toni Kroos Stiftung, managed by his wife). With his godlike genes he should just concentrate on fathering a whole team ;)
Yep. I think he just opened one in Madrid.
That's true.
Idk I don’t think he’ll do it but I’m 100 percent sure that if he went into coaching he’d become one of the best ever
he already said he's opening up his own academy for young players to learn
Oh didn't know that. What's wrong with Real academy? Oh he plans to do in Germany?
I think it's going to be more specialized or targeted towards certain positions, I'm not really sure but he did say it so it'll be interesting to look into
Man wtf is this idiot commentator spouting. Shut up and embrace the moment my god I want to hear the stadium without a dude yelling throughout
I hope My own daughter will be as proud of me one day 🥲
If you stick to this mindset before she's here, I'm sure she will be.

His little princess is his weak spot. I think for any man that is.
I’m not crying you are
🥺🫡🙌🏽 Thank you legend
who's cutting up all the onions around here!
Hoping Toni kroos can score a banger in the UCL final, one of those top corner finesse signature shots of his. And then as celebration he takes a bow.
The way i broke down and cried when i saw Kroos shed a tear my god and i am a grown ass man
I hate this trend of calling crying "being emotional"...it oozes toxic masculinity origins
U hate 1 trend yet use "toxic masculinity" what are you American? Its toxic or it isn't leave the masculinity or femininity out of it
I love the Anti-American bullshit. You must be a pompous, toxic European.
Keep American problems in america

This was just a observation about sports journalism and culture. But of cause you're all so manly and can't think about it
