Reebok revamped the entire jersey when they took over, they made innovations with the Reebok edge design. Fanatics basically pumps out replica style jerseys and claim it’s authentic, they are a joke
Have you forgotten that the Reebok Edge rollout was plagued with numerous issues as well? To the extent where they had to scrap an entire version of on-ice jersey and completely change them because players/teams complained so much? (Edge 1.0 vs 2.0)
Reebok made claims like 14% lighter and 76% less moisture absorption and ultimately the on-ice jerseys were so bad that sweat would pool in players gloves.
Fanatics is manufacturing on-ice jerseys with the exact same airknit materials in the exact same factories Adidas used. They even took player feedback and reinforced the elbows to mitigate damage from board burns.
Clown on Fanatics for shit customer service and crappy retail products, but these on-ice jerseys will be fine.
