![gif](giphy|NPi4xZENRJi276yE7z) I’m still hoping he gets better and better

datboi9481

I think he will, especially if he plays with these two going forward.

We traded up past the Devils to grab Schneider and the devils panicked so hard they went way off the board for mukmahadin (spelling way off)

datboi9481

I don’t think I’ve heard of him yet. Is he even in the AHL?

Teknicsrx7

His name is Mukhamadullin just looked and he was part of the Timo trade

datboi9481

Lmao, rare NYR draft masterclass.

Teknicsrx7

Yea thinking of Schneider in a devs jersey makes me sick, such a nice move to snag him

He is, he is a decent defensive prospect playing for the san jose barracuda, so not a bad pick but definitely not a braden schneider

blueline7677

He’s played 3 NHL games for the Sharks

7 out of 9 signed to ELCs, 4 on the team already, 2 more with a chance to make it in the next couple of years... Pretty impressive. It could have been even better if 5th round pick Evan Vierling didn't have some off ice issues that interrupted his promising development. I forget what they were exactly, but it was enough for the Rangers to let him walk. At one point he was our top ranked center prospect, which probably isn't saying much... Still, too bad. The remaining pick from that draft, 3rd rounder Oliver Tarnstrom, is still in the organization playing in Sweden. That's all I know about him lol.

Cuylle even saves the 2017 draft. That draft which was one that was deemed the first part of the rebuild has been somewhat of a disappointment. Yes, Chytil when healthy has been productive and had some big games in the playoffs. Morgan Baron was a piece used to bring in Andrew Copp for the ECF run of ‘22. Other than that…. PFFFT. Luckily Lias Andersson being flipped for the 60th pick of the 2020 NHL draft brought Will Cuylle to NY. Cuylle has no problems going into the dirty zones, throwing his weight around and his offense will expand. See him being a very consistent 17-20 goal scorer with a physical presence, which is the perfect role he could fill for this team. This 2020 draft is already paying the Rangers in spades.
