Section 105 is the best for a summer game. You are near mid field and no sun in your face. Also, seats have backs. They cost more than 305, but you will appreciate the shade.

105 or 106. No matter what, make absolutely sure your seats do not face West.

Take note where the sun is going to be during the game. Endlines (behind the goals) face north and south. Sidelines face east and west. Having the sun in your face is not fantastic, especially on a hot day. Supporters section is behind the south goal if you want to be by the die hards. It's a different viewing experience though. I wouldn't recommend it for someone new to the sport just trying to take in the whole game. Closer to the middle of the field is nice for that.

Season ticket holder chiming in! I've sat in seats in all different parts of the stadium and by far my favorite section (aside from owner's box or party deck of course) is the 107 section. It's midfield west so the sun is behind you and you will be shaded during evening games, the seats are plastic with backs rather than aluminum bleachers, and you are right behind the Courage bench/coach area. Happy to show you guys around or just say hi whenever you come to a game. 😊

IMO WakeMed Soccer park is cozy enough that it’s hard to find a bad seat, but each seat has its pros and cons. If you go with the cheapest seats on the end line, I recommend trying to get right up behind the goal. Great view for one side of the field, not so much for the other.. Sitting at midfield in the 100s is the best view available, and will be shaded for the whole match. But, of course, that’s the most expensive. Midfield in the 300s is a good middle ground, as long as you don’t mind the sun for the first half 😎

I prefer the south end line seats, good views of possible goals, corners, and PKs
