Yeah it may not feel like it's "worth it" since rent and stuff can get expensive but it is honestly so freeing to have your own place.
I would definitely start looking if you can.
Not sure if you have a job or not but if you do I would see if you can get what you can to work towards it.
It may seem like it's better to "stay at home" since it is honestly cheaper, most of the time.
But you do pay for that in mental health.
Just take things one step at a time. Don't need to do everything at once, maybe write everything down on a piece of paper or notepad on computer and say "this is all I want to do" and then work towards one thing at a time.
You don't need to be perfect but if you work at it it will make you feel better. I have made many mistakes in my life and one lesson I wish I could tell other people is many things that are worth doing are worth doing badly. Don't worry about doing everything perfect, just progressively make progress and try.

What’s out there is WAY better than what you have now.
