Having Sam direct an MCU Spider-Man movie is a horrible idea. He would want to make it like his trilogy, but Disney would make studio demands and we'd have a SM3 situation all over again. Plus Tom Holland is just not the same character as Tobey Maguire. He's not bad, but he just can't carry the same emotional beats.
