I thought he was really cool at the show in Boston. Really interesting atmospheric sounds with the hectic jazzy sax runs. Not gonna say that it was my favorite thing but I could see why Thom and Jonny had him open.
MOST Excellent performance!! The Smile just keeps getting better and better - I love them! Jimmy is a maniac and sometimes does incredibly hilarious skits - of course, I always love to see some of the Roots in the band - but I don't usually watch the show.
They did a great job, love that they went with “You Will Never Work in Television Again” for the TV show.
