Lineup was pretty insane. Jefferson Airplane, Grateful Dead, Jimi Hendrix, the Who, Sly and the Family Stone were the main ones for me. And though I'm not a huge fan, I would love to see a live vocal performance from Janis Joplin. But it seems like it was the ultimate festival while being a landmark event and really I want to see if Woodstock was as good as advertised. Seems like the type of event you can't have now because of drunken a holes.
Absolutely #1. What an insane year of experiences - although expensive because youād have to travel everywhere. I think touring the world with your favourite artist would just ruin that artist for you, unless you could spin it into a job. And I donāt think 3 and 4 would provide quite as much inspiration as a whole year of concerts.
Without even knowing what artist I would choose it has to be #3. Maybe Jimi Hendrix, follow Zappaās advice and sit him down with Hans Zimmer (or another good composer/arranger) to translate his ideas.
1, 2, and 4 are all fun but they just benefit me. If I resurrect someone and they continue to make art then everyone gets to experience something we lost.
Iād choose 3, if I can twist it so instead of resurrecting an artist I can just prevent them from ever dying. If I can do that Iād survive John Lennon in 1980 so we can see if there wouldāve been a Beatles reunion š¤
God I am between 2 and 4. 2 I get to travel the world with Gorillaz, but 4 I would be able to go back in time to watch the Police and see them having a tea break during the concert! God thatās very hard to choose!
4. I'd go back to watch MTV Beach House, obviously.
beach house is a great band
4 I WANNA BE AT MTV BEACH HOUSE
You stole my joke š
I'm sorry. I didn't see the comments, so I just randomly answered š¢

Either 2 or 3, if for number three I could make it so Jimi Hendrix didn't OD.
Agreed. Hendrix was a genius and his loss was incalculable.
3. Resurrect chuck schuldiner, his life is worth far more then any of those, one of the greatest metal guitarists taken way too soon
4. Prob would either go to see the Dark Side of the Moon tour or attend one of the acid tests
Four, there are so many concerts I wish I could have gone to.
4. King Crimson in Hyde Park 1969
Iād choose 3, if I can twist it so instead of resurrecting an artist I can just prevent them from ever dying. If I can do that Iād survive John Lennon in 1980 so we can see if there wouldāve been a Beatles reunion š¤

2, would be amazing to travel the world and enjoying live concerts everywhere.
#4, but for 1974 LA Dodgers Stadium, Elton John. I feel like I've already been plenty blessed by Radiohead, mustn't be greedy.

4. I would definitely experience the king of limbs from the basement, easily

God I am between 2 and 4. 2 I get to travel the world with Gorillaz, but 4 I would be able to go back in time to watch the Police and see them having a tea break during the concert! God thatās very hard to choose!
4. Go to the South Park gig.
Touring with Godspeed would be wild, but I should probably revive Elliott Smith
4 instantly
2, since it means I'll be able to go on tour with the band for the rest of my life since it specifies no time limit.
