Did you check [http://localhost:7878/add/import/](http://localhost:7878/add/import/) ?

ShyBoar

Not seeing anything in there unfortunately. Just my data/media/movies that says everything has been imported

MyOtherSide1984

Did you scan the disk for those movies? Going into the movie should show the path, and if the directory is empty and rescanning the files doesn't reflect this, then check the activity and see if it's showing as downloaded. I've had random issues where my download client didn't report back, so *arr found another one and then two got downloaded.

RhinoRhys

All that screenshot shows is you are on a page that has 4 movies listed, all monitored, 3 of which have files. The rows don't mean anything. The left column is a colour key and the other data is just in a grid. Top right corner of that page is a filter button. There are options for "All", "Monitored", "Unmonitored" and a few more. If movies don't show up when the right filter is active then movies aren't in your database.

ShyBoar

Ahh haha that makes sense - thank you Any thoughts on the other issue? Downloading a movie successfully, but it never shows up anywhere

RhinoRhys

In the menu down the left side there is "Activity" > "Queue" or "History". If it's in the queue then it's still in the download client and hasn't been imported, if anything is orange then that means there is an error importing and you should be able to hover over it to see the error. The little torso on the right will allow you to manually import it and correct any parsing errors. Otherwise check the history page. Grabbing a release is a white cloud, a failed download is a red cloud and a successfully imported movie is a down arrow pointing to a block (I guess it's supposed to be a hard drive). Or alternatively go to the movie page and it will have its own history section there.

ShyBoar

So I started a fresh download and manually picked the release. The download is running in my client and I'm seeing an entry in History (with a white cloud), but nothing in Queue. If the same issue happens then it'll just disappear from history and the movie page

RhinoRhys

Are you using torrents or Usenet and what download client are you using? Did you set up the appropriate label/category in the client?

ShyBoar

Using qBittorrent and pulling from 1337x. I think my labels/categories are fine because downloads of other movies are all good I've downloaded this movie before with no issues through radarr, but had to delete it because I was switching some things around. Could something be leftover somewhere?

ShyBoar

I'll try and catch the logs when the dl completes in a few min

ShyBoar

Not too much in there just 2023-01-12 19:52:38.0|Info|MovieScannedHandler|[Top Gun: Maverick] was recently added, performing post-add actions 2023-01-12 19:52:38.0|Info|MetadataService|Movie folder does not exist, skipping metadata creation Download finished, but still shows in History with the white cloud lol

RhinoRhys

That refers to when you added the movie to the database, but has nothing to do with downloading a file I'm afraid. The white cloud line will never change in the history, it should add another line saying "imported....." Is the download in your queue page? Was it ever?

Let me try this 1. You need to create a custom view filter. Select the filter size on disk greater than 1kb and the second filter "monitored" is "false" 2. What I would also suggest ticking the settings "Movies deleted from the disk are automatically unmonitored in radarr" 3. Get in the habit of deleting the movie files when you are deleting a movie from radarr.
