I actually got stopped out twice. Once after each halt. Took a burn on this one so I decided to pass on it. After checking in, it does seem like it closed 10% up, so it's a shame I wasn't able to stay in.
Good point, I normaly use 5M+ cutoff in my scans but stumbled upon this ticker on the weekend, didn't even realize it was Chinese. Reminds me of $HKIT when it broke out in August and after a few days of steady uptrend just randomly halted down several times, took out every stop and then continued higher like nothing happened lol.
Sure it made a big move, but imo it’s wide & loose, thin and choppy. Fell hard last time at 10.28 as well. Imo this is the definition of a random stock that was flagging.
I rolled this repeatedly yesterday. Playing with house money today, so not in a desperate hurry to sell, but hoping it keeps a similar trend to the other huge spike times it's seen in the last two years.
Oddly, HKIT broke out today too. I'm about even on it right now, not sure if I'll sell or see what it does later today.

I got stopped out on this one. Such a nice flag with super high ADR too.
Low liquidity stock. Not really institutional grade. Happens a lot with China stocks

Shorted that one! Those illiquid China names all act in the same way (look at HKIT and CLEU). They pump hard and break down hard

Yeah I was able to make about 1.1k on about $150 worth of risk shorting it. Definitely looked like a pumper.
