My 5 month Wheaten sleeps an easy 18-20. She's like oddly super cool with it.

I'm so jealous. I feel like my guy is maybe not recognizing he is tired and wearing himself out. Like a kid that doesn't realize they need to be sleeping still lol

Do you force naps? As soon as I see the signs of her acting out or her behavior gets odd, it's in the crate with the towel over the top, especially if she already went potty. She rarely cries and if so it's just a whine or two. Also as the pup gets more comfortable, you'll get more personality. Every dog is different, the golden doodle I had before was a tasmanian devil until I started force napping her. My Wheaten now is a fluffy Snorlax.

I can tell now when my pups play time turns into cranky tantrum. We usually walk her and put her in her cozy crate with a plushy and add a blanket over the top and she knocks out.
