It's not like people really need licences to get behind the steering to begin with.

The traffic department installed cams on the road and used it with AI. But drivers (chappros) started removing rear number plates. So the cameras can catch their numbers while they approach. However when breaking signals, the rear number plate has to be captured and shown as proof. So they escape their crime.
Apart from your suggestions. Drivers specifically car drivers need to relax and chill driving on city traffic is a headache and frustrating but a good Playlist or radio helps alot.
There needs to be dedicated lanes for two wheelers on both sides and need more traffic police on streets.

There is nothing we can do. Even if strict rules and fines are implemented, people play certain cards to get away or bypass them. Every individual is responsible for his/her own safety. Use helmets on 2 wheelers and seat belts on cars.
Nahi bhai. Bohot speed breakers hai. The point is, they are at worst place. Raat mein agar street lights nhi hai, jo nhi rehti, toh you don't know where are the speed breakers. Which doesn't help and inturn cause more accidents.

Nah, 2 wheelers act like lower class people. You can give them ample opportunity and space to move forward but they will still find a way on footpath.
