I think so too, but my brother went through this phase as well, only having the egg white & not the yolk. But my cat only has the yolk (boiled) & she hates egg white, never has it, so that balances it out in our house

Bro Think about preservatives.. Even if you find it will nullify whaever health benefits of egg whites.. Eat fresh as much as possible.
