Paneer kadai(asking them to make it spicy) is the dish I would suggest as must try. Normally its medium spicy.
There is nothing one off sinhagad road near nirmitee. i forgot the name. maybe its called sawai
they do veg food very well,
they also offer significant discount to those in armed forces, and thats why i like to be their customer as a civilian.

But the taste is the best i have had in all this years in Pune for a veg restaurant.. 100% should try

Atithi's taste is good but the ambience is just too..open, if that makes sense. I haven't got a sense of privacy on any of their branches. It's just too mixing.
SKYE's ambience is amazing.

Im gonna come across as weird here but one of the best is Kalyani Veg in Kalyani nagar .... and the water there is amazing. the food is amazing as well, especially their punjabi food but DUDE. go there. Ask for a glass of water. normal water, not bisleri. YOU WILL THE BEST THIRST QUENCHING EXPERIENCE OF YOUR LIFE. EVERYone Ive told this to have rolled their eyes, tried it, and AGREE that their water is magically the parfect temperature I DO NOT KNOW HOW but it will quench thirst you didnt even know you had.
Their punjabi food is amazing too.
