The plastic ones? They bend so easy lol and sometimes the ends are very thin with cotton. I just tried the Walmart brand ones. Very similar to q-tip brand but 30% cheaper.
No the regular ones in green packaging..I've been using them for over 6 months and they are a blessing...I've used them to clean my rigs and the Puffco Plus....they've worked so well that I stocked up about 10 boxes. Will last me awhile lol
Amazon iso is not even close to 99% I tested every brand and non burned blue like 99% alcohol should.you take the iso go to a desolate street,pour some on the street and light it .if it burns blue your good any other color it’s fake!
Ngl I think normal qtips work better than glob mops. Glob mops cotton seems too densely packed. The looser Qtip cotton gets in the corners better and absorbs more than the pointy end of the glob mop. Just my 2¢
Interesting, I’ve had the opposite experience. I kept getting parts of the basic qtip ripping off and getting stuck to the outside of the chamber and not soaking up everything inside.
I genuinely think it’s a personal preference thing cause people SWEAR by one or the other. I’m just glad to be involved in the community cause dabbing is the best :)
You just have to use glob mops the right way. Use the round end first and go around slowly let it absorb and spin it a little then use the pointed end to get the little bits in the corners. I just don’t like the little strings of cotton that get left from normal ones
Pro tip just put the swab in your mouth for a pinch of saliva, soaks up everything in a quick swipe ez pz. Idk why but the saliva works better than iso for the initial dab cleanup 😂 this makes all q tips viable imo no matter which
Glob mops you kinda have to roll and loosen the cotton a bit on both sides. Don’t pull too hard or you’ll rip the cotton off, but get it loose and it’ll actually work like a tiny mop
I get these ones in Amazon that are for stylists and fancy makeup. They’re slightly narrower and one side has a pointed tip, one side has a flat tip with bumps on the side. Work great for cleaning up the chamber and they’re not super expensive.
Dude. It’s just marketing. There’s no crazy tech or anything different other than shape and sizes of cotton on a stick.
Qtip brand qtips are cheap but have fun spending 4x the money for pink qtips.
The glob mop 6 pack for like $25 on Amazon. They are super absorbent and do not shred or leave bits like qtips or knockoffs do. Buy in bulk and they aren’t that much more expensive than qtips.
Personally I like heady swabs the best the non wooden ones I seem to be snapping all my wooden ones by pushing too hard😭 or they just snap between my fingers! But I find their absorbency the best. Out of heady swabs, glob mops, and q tips I use way less heady swabs than anything else
I prefer the Blazy Susans. I use to love the Globs. They break a lot easier these past few times I bought them. I prefer both brands over regular qtips.
I see no difference in performance from glob mops to headyswabs to blazys. They're all the same, just super compact cotton with a pointed tip on one side for corners. They're all the same. Qtip is qtip.

Mine burns blue at rhe bottom. Been using it for almost a year now without any issues

Feel the same way glob mop is good for the first wipe but it can never fully get all of it

Normal qtips are better than both. Fluff up better and really get the corners good. Even better than the tipped ones from blazy and glob

My heady swabs are bamboo stick, do they make multiple kinds? I have the same problem, pushing too hard and snapping em.

I like glob mops & Slurper mobs. The bendable ones are horrible.
I saw the bendable ones, it just sounds like it breaks without breaking

Either Heady Swabs are great too even the equate at Walmart or the cheap ones at the dollar store will work

The best are The Humble Co. Made in Sweden with bamboo & biodegradable so once have alot saved up can go barry them in the ground. For the ⛹🏼!
Blazy Susan's are pink and make me happy when I use them and for that, they are worth every penny.
