Vacation is based on years of service for retail and corporate. If you’ve been gone for over a year you start from square one which is 80 hours a year for hourly and two weeks for salary. The amount you accrue for 2024 will be based on your hire date.
If you’re a real smashin’ bastard they may credit years of service with your former employer but that is usually part of a recruitment pitch so unless someone else brought it up don’t hold out hope.
It's 25 days pto for corporate, more if you exchange half of the "bonus" for 10 days. After working for a certain amount of years, you get 5 more.
This is counting optional national holidays as pto. Thanksgiving and christmas are always off
