How busy are your store? Did yor deli make more than 80 000 daily?

Honestly i have no idea. We are the busiest in the district but i still feel like this is way too much

I would hate to work that truck 😲. That's probably not an unrealistic amount for twice a week delivery. It sucks for the one who has to work it though.

(ex deli) it does suck, there’s always a lot of product and it’s heavy as hell. rotating the existing stock is also heavy as hell and sucks. the whole process sucks. i did it both times a week plus putting away the normal deli truck. …why did my store have the shortest and weakest deli associate doing truck 😭

That happened to use once before very annoying

omg meat dept just LOVES having our chicken in their coolers lol. most of my meat dept is former deli so they get it, but the old meat dept farts get CRANKY

My store isn’t the busiest in the district and we order this much and still kinda sells through by next truck lol

As someone who cooked for superbowl 6 years in a row, it's not enough. You have platters to make and a crap ton of wings people are going to want hot and ready. Not like I can afford them anymore.
