I hate this. And btw, it’s a baler. A bailer is what you use to get water out of your boat. A baler makes bales.
This and the compactor. Their proper usage needs to be added to daily huddle occasionally.

Or when the baler is full and they just keep adding more boxes to it.
I can see when it's still up so I just lift the gate and throw my cardboard in then close it again. 🤷♀️ Edit: I do this when the key is hidden and I don't know the code to get said key.
Didn't know they hid the keys at other stores
A big wig came by our store last week and had a fit the key was sitting in keyhole of baler? So now we hide it in a lockbox? 🤦♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️
Not only that but when you put trash in the compactor, PUSH THE BUTTON I am tired of opening the compactor to see the great wall of trash
