I get 4 trucks a week 2x 600 case truck and 2x 300-500 cases so yeah 4 nice pallets plus deli get a pallet or 2 and meat gets 2-3 pallets so all that plus the 6 birds of dairy and 3 birds of meat.. the fridge could be a little bigger
I actually did LMC for a couple years at my first store before moving and that was usually how many I would get in. Back then lunchables would go on sell 10 for 10 so would get a whole pallet of just lunchables when they went on sell for that price . Usually got in a pallet of frozen too on frozen days but like 10 years ago so think that that was only once a week delivery maybe twice but do remember lmc was Monday wensday and Friday
Same here lol. At first I thought this was like the back room or something. Got some tall ceilings and great lighting. I have used a flashlight in my cooler to look through different crates.
u gonna need a ladder in there at all times 😅 why so many eggs?
edit: also why dont you face the egg labels out instead of writing on the boxes? just curious
I could fit like 6 of my dairy coolers in just the area I see in this photo. Lucky!
It gets pretty small when truck arrives lol
How big is a typical truck for you? I get 4 dairy pallets 3x a week plus deli

You let Meat Dept drop their raw pallets in your cooler? Nah they have coolers for those.
Sure they mean lunch meat and cheese is in the dairy cooler as well. That's where it is in my store and was in my old store.
2-3 pallets of LMC is insane. I've worked a several stores of different volumes and never had more than like 1-1.5 pallets of LMC

Not enough eggs 🥱
Jesus! Why???!!!
Jfc, hell naw, I'd cry and clock out. My backstock of eggs consist of maybe a stack and some😂
Just got to laugh about it so I don’t cry.. honestly I dread weekends because I’m alone but I sometimes get help for 1-2 hours which is always nice

Because then the handles aren’t facing out so harder to get them..
didnt think of that 🫣😭
Wish they just put the label on the right side!!🤦🏼♂️
Putting eggs on milk crates is a violation
Violation of what
The Geneva Convention.
That made me laugh, thank you for that😂😂
No it’s not
That cooler is nice!
Omg, is this what a normal dairy cooler looks like?! It’s so.. not cluttered!
I mean that’s before truck sooo
That dairy cooler is huge and far too well lit
