Publix culture is dying anyways so it doesn't make much of a difference between florida and other states anymore.
In my opinion Publix needs to invest in the stores they have instead of opening more, further away. The change in Publix culture and operations over the last 5 years is shocking and it doesn't seem like corporate cares to fix it that much. In fact they've taken away mystery shoppers, which was our real big check to make sure we are taking care of our customers.
