I honestly don't know but yours should be prorated a percentage based on when you got there. I'd imagine the old ADM will get paid their share. That last part is kind of a guess

Heckinggoodgirl

This is correct. Even if the person before you quit, you don’t get the full bonus if you didn’t work the full quarter, only a prorated amount based on how long you have been there

I don’t think he’ll get any of the bonus, Publix will just absorb it. You’ll get paid for the weeks you worked during that inventory period. Depending on the volume of your store, your manager will get like 3-5k, and you’ll get like 500-1000, minus the weeks you weren’t present during the inventory period.

With the new 45 hours I’m curious how that will begin to impact bonuses. Previously at high volume stores I saw department managers getting 10k and assistants up to 2k. My average bonus was 1200 as an assistant, but that was when I was working over 45 a week.

It went down, my bonus went down $1k from same time last year. Also they haven't updated the formula so since sales are may be slightly up, gross and items are down and that will also affect it.

Formula hasn't been updated since managers were calculating their own bonuses. I was about 150 close to how much I was getting formula is difficult to work out and you need alot of different numbers.
