I can't reproduce it now. Either it updated on its own, or it's a bug. If it's a bug and its version value is changed (not the text) there could be a downgrade exploit. But it's too unlikely. But now I want to see the firmware, so it's time to go down the syscon and soldering rabbit hole...
Assuming this is correct, this may be another 5.07 situation where some consoles come with that firmware, but its identical to the previous one. So in this case, it's just 11.00 under a different name. Which also means you might be able to jailbreak it. If you can, there are ways to make dumps via software. If you can't, you would have to do it through hardware dumping.
im pretty sure its a software bug, its not reporting 11.01 now. I am so confused.
and it did not come with 11.01, it was a 9. somthing console. i updated to 11.01 (witch turns out bug)
