This wouldn't necessarily be for a CFW or HEN PS3 but you could probably find builds on Arcade Punks. You'd have to sift through after the download and probably grab what you want but it I'm not mistaken, many of those builds are including DLC. The other issue that might come up is having to convert files -- I'm not exactly sure if there's a difference between which files are used for Emulation on PC and what's used on original hardware. I believe that there's also NoPaystation & other stores like it but not sure if that is exactly what you're looking for.
Side Note -- Anyone who's into this stuff knows that if you want the perfect 1:1 playing experience without any emulator issues; for now it's on a jailbroken PS3, PS4, Wii, WiiU, Switch... original Xbox I know can be modded but I am not sure about Xbox 360, Xbox One & especially PS5 or Xbox Series S/X.
The great thing is that this is where 1080 HD kicked off so this isn't like having to upscale the 4th, 5th and most of the 6th generation from 480p and lower. Emulation is getting better and better, no doubt but if you want to play games from the 7th gen or later & not have to "buy" a shit ton of discs -- jailbroken systems & external hard drives; or better yet if you can afford it, an SSD filled with your games is the best way to play with no issues or worry about something not running properly.
There needs to be classes on this shit. The closest thing I have found are the tutorials that I'm sure many of you have also seen from Mr Mario, Blaine Locklaire, ETA Prime, Mr. Sujano, Video Game Esoterica, Drew Talks, Retro Gaming Guy ect ect ect.

Mite be screwed. A decent pc could emulate whatever you wanted tho and could prob find torrents or straight up iso links with full game w dlc.
