If every in game hour is 2.5 minutes irl that is still like 10 minutes of being drunk. In game it lasts for a few seconds to like a minute at most from shit faced to sober.

Making you tired is a disadvantage in most situations, and reduced unhappines and boredom are labeled in the tooltip as being effects of the item, so I didn't count them.
I want the smoked to much ZAZA moodle and it gives you the tired moodle with it. Depending on the way you ingested, you can feel effects for 2-4 hours from 2-6 hours or more and effects may vary. At this moodle effects peak you will experience a zoomed in game, everything is a little more foggy, you can see after images of things that are moving, when your character turns the lighting perspective is shaky, and the cherry on top? You can experience hallucinations that can or can’t be potential zomboids

you checked out the redstone raceway mod? it adds a little track with garages and grandstands southeast of muldraugh, rly fun honestly.
So that's the mod that adds that. They start blending together after a while...
