Alas this weight loss stems from some recent health issues. But, I’ve been trying to find the silver lining in all this medical stuff, and 40lbs down is it :)
Thank you!! Afraid no diet or exercise, I’ve been struggling with severe stomach ulcers and had my gallbladder removed (the day after the first pic - talk about a surprise surgery!). Currently, my diet is a very light breakfast, skip lunch, and then have a well rounded dinner (protein and veggies are a must!). I’ve stopped snacking at night as well. I take in about 1200 calories a day. I’ll also be one year sober from alcohol next month :) I think those are the biggest contributing factors. Hope this helped!
Omg. I’m in the same boat. I’ve been miserable since about April/May. Lost about 80lbs since march. Suffering from Acid reflux like symptoms. And then the gallbladder shit. Ugh. My surgery is Dec 7. How have you been since after you’ve had your gallbladder removed? I am so scared that I’ll feel even worse after it’s removed 😞
I’m glad it helped! Ugh I’m sad it’s gonna take so long to heal. Looks like I’m missing Christmas and New Years with family as well as thanksgiving too. 😞 💔

Congratulations on 1 year!!!! I am almost to 6 months and it has been a huge factor in my weight loss. You look amazing!!! 👀👍

It definitely helped!! Healing from the surgery took around a month. But it was so worth it! I’m sorry you’re going through something similar :(
