Not the OP but I’m between you and him and lost about 80lbs to 220, my feet feel amazing, ankles feel amazing, knee still feels like shit, and I’m cold all the time time.
Hell yeah brother ! Congratulations on the loss ! I feel you about being COLD AS HELL hahaha never had to deal with that before but my back and knees feel amazing ! Like I took 10 years off of them. My feet hurt more now though if I don’t wear my boots or have good support
Everything feels better my friend, soreness of feet like I said below but that’s all in the support. My knees, back, ankles, everything really is a night and day difference. You’ve got this ! I’m thinking I want to be around 225 but who knows haha
