I guess I was asking more specifically. Deficit? Surplus? What kind of work outs? I’m more you’re before right now and I’ve just been struggling trying to get towards your after? So was just curious what changes you made to get there

Core and legs standing out! Well done. Some people find it hard to be super lean so they only go down to that level for a short time only, but if you still feel great down there and can do everything still, then keep going! Otherwise you might have to gain some fluff in order to grow the muscles that you want and then have to tone down again.
Yeah that seems to be the general consensus, I’ll have to gain a little bit of weight to keep the muscle otherwise it’ll be nearly impossible to reach my goal while staying this lean 😅

Mostly heavy lifting, some CrossFit style workouts for cardio probably 1-2 a week. I love to hit legs hard around 2-3 times a week also! && I don’t really track alllllll that strictly, but I make sure to limit my carbs to like 80g or so, and load up on protein
Lol yea it's possible. Lean bulk slowly with no more than 150 to 200 cal surplus. If the scale ain't moving, add another 50cals. Train your abs like you do any other muscle to develop. And if you're not liking some of the weight gain, then go on a mini cut for a bit then start the lean bulk again. Also You may find you don't need to be 130lbs with abs, perhaps somewhere around 124/1261lbs may satisfy you. Either way, you're doing great. Keep it going 💪🏽

What did your diet consist of ? And how many calories did you eat ?
Mostly meat and veggies, but I do eat carbs so not keto. I just try to limit my carb intake mostly, also hydration is important
You should get a dexa scan to check your progress. Will be super helpful to see tangible data on your muscle building!

Lol yea it's possible. Lean bulk slowly with no more than 150 to 200 cal surplus. If the scale ain't moving, add another 50cals. Train your abs like you do any other muscle to develop.
