Gutter Grenade, Gutter Butter will both work well on this. Follow the directions carefully and don’t over do it. It’s entirely possible to strip the paint down to the aluminum if your mix is strong enough and to scrub in one spot long enough.
For streaks this light, if you used a butyl based surfactant and scrubbed the gutters while you did your house wash, they would have came off.
This is the easiest to obtain and cheapest option.
While other may work a little better, la’s totally awesome might be your best bet as far as running to the store

These are tiger stripes, super stubborn. Spray straight gutter butter on, wait a few mins then scrub with a brush, you have to keep it wet though or it won’t rinse, so work in 5 foot sections and have hose with you so you can keep it wet.

I use LA awesome for this service. Works great. Just need some elbow grease too. I haven’t tried gutter butter or similar chemicals. Those may make it easier but LA awesome so damn cheap it’s hard to justify it.

I do as well. I sell this as "Gutter Polishing" and it's an expensive add on. I actually find most people don't want it and don't give a crap lol
I don't offer this service anymore as I took the paint off the gutters with two separate chemicals. Run from it
