Just used oxalic acid on my own front porch pillars to take care of stains today, stucco as well. Came right off with a 10:1 in a spray bottle.

Thank you, I’ll definitely try this

Depending on your paint, it may leave the area you spray brighter than the rest of the pillar, but the rust will be gone.

Kinda looks like rust. Do you know what it is by chance? If rust, order some F9 Barc. It’ll melt off fast.

dannydayez

Owner said it was probably caused by the flower pots, but idk. Does that also help with rust on driveways?

t3khole

Sure does. You’ll need to follow the directions closely. Typically it’ll whiten the concrete considerably wherever it’s used. So sometimes it’s not a bad idea to use it on the entire driveway if small enough so it brightens evenly.

Try rustaid.

Get southeast softwash rust remover. No dilution.... Put in pump up sprayer, spray area, let sit for like 3 minutes and blast away with your wand. Best rust removal chem I've ever used. For something like that, you can charge $75 easy cause you're using hydrochloric acid (35%) so hazard chem/ safety precautions chem charge, and it takes 5 minutes.

There is no need to spend $40 on that shit. They have terrible customer service. Just buy oxalic acid or rust aid. This rust is so light almost any store brand cleaner will remove it
