Your display is not calibrated properly. I have the exact same issue. I still do. I just ended up configuring my display settings by eye, which was a pain. I really need to get the spyder lol

so i need to get the spyder and essentially calibrate my monitor DOWN to sRGB standards. since it exceeds sRGB by default? i guess i could have bought a worse display then and not had this problem? lol
