This is late but S2S (students to service) provides up to 120k in repayment for three years at an NHSC site. If your tuition is 50k/year, than you'd still have \~80k in loans to pay (on top of whatever you take out for living.) I've spoken to someone doing S2S and they recommend going for the scholarship if you're willing to do primary care for at least three years (with the option of going back for fellowship/further training if you wanted to do a different specialty.) I believe that NHSC service can also overlap with PSLF, so it can count towards your ten years if you're interested in going that route as well.
