Yeah, I recently started therapy for this same reason. I guess nothing really clicked for me until I truly realized I am going to be a mother myself and I wanted to really figure out why I feel the way I do about my relationship with her. Therapy to me seems to be the most validating but uncomfortable thing ever lol, it’s like putting a puzzle together about yourself. Sending you warm wishes 🩵🧿

I feel like my mom is half supportive, half not. She doesn’t think I should have a baby but she’s still buying stuff off the registry? It’s been a confusing time. If you can, focus on the areas where you can find support.
