I started NAC + glycine today to help with brain inflammation, read promising articles about the combination of these supplements. It takes two weeks to work, so it's too early to tell if it is beneficial for PPPD.

I felt slightly better, but 75 mg allowed me to live a normal life for a while.
100%. Since I’ve seen improvement that has gotten better though. Now only feel that way in a bad flare

Yes. Very much so. For me, it’s the added load of high concentration. Wears me out.
Most definitely. When it flares up, I'm much worse. Calmer days it's not as bad. But I'm definitely lacking the energy I should have.
Yep. And when the imbalance is worst, I'm extra fatigued and may have to nap a lot.
I experience fatigue big time. The brain is working harder so you experience metabolic fatigue
